Who is behind this company?

We are a company that is female owned and operated. Our owner, Sami, runs the business from her home, packages products, and sends the items to you directly with the exception of our items that are printed on demand.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on products. If there is any major problems with an item such as an item is lost or arrived broken we can issue a refund.

DICE

How do you know if your dice are balanced?

As with any handcrafted dice there is always a chance that they will be slightly off-balanced--Especially if the set has objects on the inside! However, we strive to avoid this as much as possible by doing water tests before shipping your order.

Why do some of the custom dice cost more?

We have increased the base dice cost based on sets that include extra time and materials in the production. Some of our more expensive materials (i.e. glow in the dark) also have a price increase due to the cost of the material.

How long will it take to get my dice?

Although time can vary based on the complexity of the order and unforeseen circumstances, your dice should be shipped to you in 1-2 weeks.

Are your dice flawless?

As our dice are handmade, it is nearly impossible for them to be completely flawless. Some things that may be a part of the dice are inclusions (such as bubbles), superficial flaws, and balance. We strive to minimize these flaws, but cannot guarantee that they will not be present.
